Day 15 - Michael Jackson - Thriller
Talking about classic eighties videoclips: Michael Jacksons Thriller is the mother of all videoclips. Michael Jackson was the king of pop back in the early eighties. Today we see him more as Wacko Jacko, the weirdo sleeping with children and his llama in his oxygentank at neverland who is almost bankrupt. Stupid thing is, when someone makes a good song, or even a complete good record (or a book, or a movie), we expect everything after that at least just as good as the succesfull song (or record, book, movie). And if not, everybody is disappointed and turns their back. And forgets the good things that came first.
Michael Jackson may be a king for a day, fool for a lifetime, Thriller is still a great song. All hail the king.
